We source certified organic chicken, hand-select our brisket cuts, and smoke everything low and slow over real hardwood before finishing with our signature sous vide technique. For weekends and holidays, 4–8 weeks out is ideal. For weeknights and smaller events, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. Last-minute bookings inside 7 days are sometimes possible — just call us first.
Yes. We regularly cater in Venice, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda, and the surrounding SW Florida area. Travel fees apply beyond a 30-mile radius — we'll quote it upfront.
50% deposit holds your date. Full refund up to 14 days before the event; 50% refund inside 14 days. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
Yes — we always have gluten-free meat options and several vegetarian sides. For vegan/specialty diets, give us a heads-up at booking and we'll build in alternatives.
Yes — disposable serving ware is included on every package. If you want compostable or upgraded service ware, we can quote that as an add-on.
