We don't keep traditional office hours — we're a mobile operation, which means we're often in the field cooking. That said, we check messages and emails regularly. For the fastest response, reach out between 9am–6pm on weekdays. We also check messages on weekends, though response times may be slower on event days.

Yes — at our public pop-up events, you can absolutely walk up and order. No reservations needed, no advance ordering. Just show up hungry. Follow us on Instagram @bbqartco to see where we'll be each week. We update our schedule every Monday. Availability is first-come, first-served and popular items can sell out, so arriving early is always a good idea.

If you think you left something at one of our pop-up locations or catering events, reach out via the contact form below or call (916) 804-1579 as soon as possible. We do a cleanup check at the end of every event, so if we found something, we'll hold it. We're not able to guarantee found items are held indefinitely, so the sooner you reach out the better.
