Smelling the meats waiting in line to order and I knew the food was going to hit. Best brisket, the brisket baked beans stole the show. Can't wait to try more next time.

This BBQ is ART!! It's so good! They don't cut a single corner or skip even one step. It's BBQ as fresh and cared for as it gets!! It's obvious when you take your first bite. The brisket is so good you will be chasing them down trying to find them every week.

Absolutely outstanding, great bang for your buck. I told them make me two of your best plates and they did not disappoint. $40 for a great amount of food. Had to speed home just to hurry up and try it. We will definitely be back.

We ordered from the food truck on Wednesday at Backporch Brewery. Great stuff. The 2-meat dinner was plenty for two of us — ribs and pulled pork with mac and cheese and potatoes. It filled both of us and was delicious. I would also order again without hesitation.

I'm a Chicago boy, and food in Florida let's just say lacks most of the time. Oh no, not this place — it delivers some of the hands down best, fall-off-the-bone, flavor-packed ribs and delicious sides. The kind of BBQ that surprises you in the best possible way.

Best BBQ in Southwest Florida. Try the parfait, it's insane!! Made-from-scratch side dishes and a smoker that never stops. You will swear there's crack in it. You have to find him — I use Facebook to see where he is when I'm fiendish.

Come get some at Lakes of Tuscana! Everything was Fantastic! Be patient — his helper didn't last 5 min, felt so bad, I wanted to get in there and help him. As a Lithuanian, I was so happy to see a menu with foods that remind me of back home. The pulled pork was absolutely delicious and it paired so well with the baby potatoes + dill, and the fermented cabbage salad was just like my grandma's!

This is by far the best BBQ in the area. I have enjoyed the ribs, pulled pork and brisket. It is always cooked perfectly, moist and tender. The brisket, my favorite, almost melts in your mouth. Portions are large and he trims off a lot of fat — you can taste the care.

Had the opportunity to try BBQ Art Co. at a competition today. Hands down the best there. Great brisket and pulled pork. No sauce needed.

Stopped by BBQ Art Co. food truck in Venice and the pork and brisket combo was amazing. Nice sized portions, and the sides we tried — brisket beans, Russian potato salad and Russian coleslaw — were delicious! We will definitely order again.

As tender, lean and flavorsome a brisket as you will ever find, paired with ideal toppings, sauce and the mandatory lightly toasted brioche bun — the brisket “sammy” is about as good a meat offering as you can ever imagine.

Picked up a meal during their EMS Appreciation event. Best brisket sandwich I've ever eaten. Staff was friendly and the sides were delicious. These guys support local Firefighters and EMS/ER staff. Awesome people! Awesome food!

The sides are so delicious! The brisket beans are total comfort food, as are the potatoes, and the slaw is delicious (not sweet!) — complete it with the fresh cucumbers in delightful dressing for the crunchy effect.

I am blown away!! Brisket and pulled pork was the best I have ever tried. Incredibly high quality and great prices on all the meals. The Mac and cheese was to die for.

The ribs are absolutely unreal. This is the best barbecue my wife and I have had in the state of Florida. Since it was our first time to the truck, they hooked us up with some extra mac-n-cheese and cole slaw, and both were delicious.

This is my first time trying BBQ from BBQ Art Co. WOW! It is amazing. It melts in your mouth and you get so much food for the cost. I would recommend trying it if you haven't had the opportunity yet.
