Common Menu Questions

For a single-meat plate plus 1–2 sides, the 1/3 lb Combo at $24 feeds most people well. For bigger appetites or two-meat plates, go 1/2 lb at $30. Sandwiches with a side make a great lunch portion. For catering, we'll size it for your headcount — call (916) 804-1579 or use the Catering page.
Our most-talked-about items are the Brisket (smoked then sous vide), the Baby Back Ribs (award-winning), and the BBQ Sundae ($13 — mac n cheese, brisket baked beans, and pulled pork stacked in a cup). The Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Russian Coleslaw also have a serious cult following.
Our smoked meats — brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork, and pork belly burnt ends — are naturally gluten-free. The Russian Coleslaw and Crunchy Cucumbers are gluten-free. The Brisket Baked Beans and Mac N Cheese contain gluten. Our truck handles multiple ingredients, so for severe allergies please call (916) 804-1579 ahead.
We're a smokehouse, so the menu is meat-forward. The Russian Coleslaw and Crunchy Cucumbers are both vegetarian, and the Mac N Cheese is too if ordered without a meat add-on. Vegan options are limited — let us know your needs in advance for catering.
Pop-up locations are first-come, first-served — no advance orders at the truck. For catering and large group orders, call (916) 804-1579 or email Art@BBQArtCo.com to lock your date and quantities. Sooner is always better, especially for weekend events.
The 1/3 lb Combo Plate ($24, single meat) gets you a generous portion of one of our smoked meats with two small sides. The 1/2 lb Combo ($30) is for bigger appetites. Both can be upgraded to two-meat ($24/$30) or three-meat ($25/$35) versions — perfect when you can't decide between brisket, ribs, and pulled pork.
