Our schedule is updated every Monday with the full week's confirmed locations and times. We post the update on Instagram @bbqartco and Facebook first, and you can also check our Schedule page. If there are any mid-week changes due to weather or venue issues, we'll announce those on social media as soon as we know. Following us on Instagram is the single fastest way to stay up to date.

We're a hardworking outdoor operation, so light rain doesn't stop us. However, severe weather — thunderstorms, high winds, tropical weather systems — may cause us to cancel or relocate. In those cases, we'll post an update on Instagram and Facebook as soon as we make the call. We know it's disappointing when we have to cancel, and we try to give as much advance notice as possible.

Absolutely — and we love hearing from venues, breweries, markets, and neighborhoods who want us. If you'd like to request a stop at your venue or community, reach out through our Contact page. For ongoing recurring stops, we work with venues directly. For a private event, check out our Food Truck booking or Catering services — those are the right fit for dedicated dates at specific locations.

Hours vary by location and event type. At most public pop-up stops, we typically serve from late morning through early evening, or until we sell out — whichever comes first. Exact times are always included in our Monday schedule post. If a specific time matters to you (getting there before something sells out, for instance), we recommend showing up earlier rather than later.

At our public pop-up events (breweries, markets, community events), anyone can walk up and order. It's first-come, first-served, open to the public. At private catering events, we're exclusively serving the client's guests — there's no walk-up access.
